As an adult patient, I have found Dr. Pezoldt, his assistants and front office staff to be highly professional, courteous, cheerful and always immaculate in their pleasant, clean office. Initial visit was clearly explained, both in dental procedure and financial aspects. Choices of treatment options, pricing, what I might expect as well as their expectations of me were presented in a manner to prevent confusion of any sort. They were able to work with my schedule, my wait times were always minimal and I never had an unpleasant visit. Discomfort for the entire treatment course was almost non-existent. My own dentist had his orthodontic work done here and I could not be happier with his recommendation and the care I received from Dr. Pezoldt and his staff. Will recommend this orthodontist to my granddaughters or anyone else of any age for their care!

Madison loves Dr. Pezoldt's Office because of the friendly staff. She was referred here not only by her dentist but by several of her friends. She was a bit apprehensive to come at first but always looks forward to her visits. I was impressed with the personalized care from the moment you walk in the door all they way through the visit. I have nothing but good things to say about this office.
