I went to the office today and was treated with nothing but kindness. Everyone that I interacted with were very kind and patient with me as I started adapting to this new office of lovely people. 10/10 experience.

I can’t thank Dr. Pezoldt and Kai (hopefully I spelled her name right!) enough for their patience and understanding while my daughter had her braces put on. What could have been a nightmare of an experience for my very anxious child, was handled with empathy and care. While I’m not thrilled about my daughter getting braces, I am thrilled we are in such good hands.
