I absolutely love this team! Very wholesome and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They listen to all your questions and concerns and they make sure you are very comfortable in that chair!

I just started treatment and so far it has been a great experience. The staff are very kind and comforting. I am glad that we chose Dr. Pezoldt.

All the staff here are absolutely amazing. Even on the earliest appointments they were high spirited and eased my nerves. I felt ready and trusted the team with 100% confidence. The process itself was seem-less and fast, much appreciated. Highly recommended

Great ladies at the front desk. Great Doctor and great service. My daughter recently had her braces off and loves the outcome. My son is starting his treatment today.

I can’t thank Dr. Pezoldt and Kai (hopefully I spelled her name right!) enough for their patience and understanding while my daughter had her braces put on. What could have been a nightmare of an experience for my very anxious child, was handled with empathy and care. While I’m not thrilled about my daughter getting braces, I am thrilled we are in such good hands.
The staff are very, for lack of a better term, nice. They set a time of comfort and are always attentive to comfort or pains. The doctor is knowledgeable and friendly. It is a very good experience overall.
